The veteran inlays were standard home game as sold in their store.
At the time they were being sold Paulson was making home game orders so I would guess these were a customised version of those.
It's not one of the spot patterns Paulson had reserved for non-casino use but I'm guessing it had never been used elsewhere so they made an exception for the cause.
