These are all Proof-strikes of Franklin Mint slot tokens issued in 1969. All from Nevada or from Caribbean countries. They were issued in orange cards as shown with 24 cards in a post-binder. I'm showing only the nine tokens that I think will be of most interest. The cards have mylar windows and all proof tokens appear to be like new. My scans are at 150 dpi and if you want to enlarge them on your screen everything should be clear.
There are two proof half-dollar tokens that you can have for $7 each. The $1 proof tokens are $15 each. Shipping is $3 for any number of tokens.
Some observations:
My information is that proof strikes of the Harold's Club half dollar were in nickel-silver (Franklinium). That's what appears to be in the proof holders, although the description says they are Franklin Brass, the metal used for the casino-use strikes. See if they look like brass to you; I don't think so.
The half dollar tokens made for the Reef casino in the Caribbean (Antigua) were all Franklinium. That is also what's in the Proof holders and they are properly identified. Both casino use and Proof strikes were made in the same metal that year.
Five of the proof $1 tokens are from Strip casinos in Las Vegas and all are Franklinium (nickel silver). Casinos ordering chips in 69's included Caesars Palace, Desert Inn, Landmark, Stardust, and Tropicana, and these are all represented in the 69 proofs offered here.
The Bucket of Blood token was made for the casino in Virginia City, Nevada, an old casino that had existed since 1946. Its token is Franklinium.
The King's Castle token was made for the North Tahoe property which opened that year (1969). The design on the token appears to be the same as that on the chips they used. Their token is also Franklinium.
