It is funny, we've eaten at Giada's in the Cromwell three different times and had three very different experiences.

The first time we ate there for dinner the food, service, ambiance, etc. was just about a perfect evening. 5 Stars

The second time we went there for dinner with the same expectations, and pretty much everything about the meal was a disaster, most notably the terrible service. 1 Star

Then we decided to try the brunch there and it was good, but not great. 3 Stars

With so many great restaurants in Las Vegas, not sure if we will be going back there again..if at Caesars, I would definitely go to Bobby Flay's Mesa Grille instead..one of my favourite Vegas restaurants..
