QuestionI bid $99.99 on this chip:
Last night I was outbid by 2 cents.
The current high bid is $100.01.
Normally you have to bid in certain increments higher than the previous bid to be the top bidder..depending on the amount..50 cents..$1..etc.
How was someone able to outbid me by 2 cents on a $100 item?
