Rene Nezhoda (the same Rene that appears regularly on Storage Wars on TV) was a chip dealer and chip-show organizer in Las Vegas a number of years ago. He had these eight chips made with photos of what he called "Celebrating Chippers". I don't know how he chose these eight but it's a pretty good list and I have to guess they all participated in his show at Palace Station. The chips are NCV and not playable so I'm sure you can't cash them at Palace Station. The Chipcos are all listed in TCR under Palace Station.
