A ceramic plaque made by Chipco of the same material used in their chips. No advertising or casino name shown. Denomination is $5000. Size is about 2" x 3 1/2". Both sides are shown in the scan. Two purple stripes, one on each of the long edges. These were made about 20 years ago and were never very popular with casinos as the dimensions of the plaque make it pretty easy to break into two pieces.

The image is the gold Tutankhamun death mask. Below that is a scarab beetle on a cartouche.
