I've turned him in to eBay for Key Word spamming which is expressly prohibited. He's still going. For some reason eBay doesn't care.
I've emailed him and asked him to stop as he is annoying many more people than he hopes to catch with the keyword spamming. Of Course, no reply.
I suggest as many of us as possible deluge eBay with Key Word spamming reports of his auctions and see if they finally cut him off.
