I see he wrote .005 as five thousandths so I guess that is .005 x $4,309 ? Now that equals $21.545 but usually when describing say bitcoin is worth $4,309 that means 1 bit is worth that much. Like Ethereum is at $300 so that equals $300 an Ethe. I must be missing something here ?
