One of the problems with PayPal has been that it offered first class international shipping for packages sold through Ebay, but not for non-Ebay sales. Those packages could be shipped by the higher-priced international priority mail, but not first class.

That has been rectified. I was able to print postage for first class international package rate on a sale from my website (not an Ebay sale) this morning.

Many of us have, for years, asked PayPal to offer this service and have been met with the usual form letter "we offer what you see and we don't offer what you don't see."
