Chip is one of a 5 chip set once owned by Lou Pearlman. The “PP” stands for “Pearlman Palace”. Lou was a con-artist, ran a large Ponzi scheme and died in prison.

I am not at my computer right now, but if you Ebay search on Lou Pearlman, I am currently selling a set of the chips.
