I only know of two of these. I would expect more are out there but I am not sure. In checking the Nevada Chip / Token reports from back then it says tokens were destroyed. But I am not sure if that is the $25 silver tokens like this one or the $1.00 Sugar Ray tokens. The report is not 100% clear. I do know it is missing from most collections.
