You can't practice your Chilean in upstate New York (at least methinks not). Since gambling was frowned upon in the Empire State for many years, maybe the antique stores never got any chips, or refused to stock any? I was just a youngster when I lived in New York (well, high-school age) but don't remember ever seeing a poker or casino chip. Will post my Ventura Swap Meet finds tomorrow.
