Difference in my opinion of having a right to do something and doing the right thing.

The first amendment gives me the right to say terrible vile racist and bigoted things if I wanted to.

I don't say these things because They are offensive and hurtful to people.

These players have freedom to protest any way they like.
They could have a protest in the locker room before the game.
They could take a knee on the field before or after the game.

Instead they choose a method of disrespect that is offensive to so many others.

Yes they have a right to, but I believe they are wrong to do what they are doing.
