I haven't listed anything in a while. I tried to list an item today and had problems with shipping.

I did the drop down for First Class postage and it now includes International Shipping. I didn't check that I ship International. Every time I hit list it, it says I need to select a country I will ship to.

At one point I tried All sellers pay the same postage. I put in 3.00. In the listing it showed postage as 9.65.

What am I doing wrong?
