These are multi-layer chips. Red one side and blue on the other. Paulson has offered this kind of construction for some time but to my knowledge, only The Four Queens has ordered any (a pair of NCVs, $1 and $5) TCR# V6223 and V6224.

The red chip at the bottom is what the other side of the Red/Blue chip looks like. I got these chips one at a time from Paulson salesmen over the last 15-20 years.
