I agree with Don, when I send an image to the Chip Guide. I give it to them to use freely but, it's still my image and I'll use it any way I like.
I know the MOGH needs to protect their web site. It's a tricky subject. Thing is, just about every modern casino out there probably has a copyright on their casino chip designs. Even though someone takes a new photo of a chip can they publish the image freely without permission?
