The way I read this is that once a picture gets uploaded and donated to the MoGH they will claim the copyright on it. I have always shared what I have and will continue to do so but I have an issue with this. The pictures I upload are also included in the books that I publish and are copyrighted by me. Nobody can claim these for their own. Another thing that the MoGH needs to be careful about along these lines is that there are a lot of pictures on the ChipGuide that were taken from websites, company literature etc. and if you claim copyright on these it could be a potential problem.
