If you include your contact information (such as a website) in your listing, under new policies Ebay will reserve the right to charge a final value fee even if the item does not sell. I will have to remove my website info from numerous photos.

If they think you are making deals outside Ebay, they also reserve the right to charge a final value fee. I had an unsolicited offer (not a "make an offer") from a buyer, and when I rejected it Ebay sent a threatening e-mail telling me not to make deals outside the Ebay system or I risk suspension. Take no chances! If it's not an official "make an offer" offer, ignore it.
