I am not offended that he has chosen to emphasize relief for Texas. I am sure he is not preventing anyone from commissioning chips or raising funds for Irma relief - or, for that matter, relief from Mexican earthquakes, the war in Myanmar, wildfires in the western U.S., or numerous other natural and man-made disasters.
