This is an Antique Poker Chip, listed in Seymour as PM-CZ , lady's button-shoe engraved on a Monarch chip. Value is f: $8-9.

Pretty scarce. I have it as a white Monarch but would pay 10-15 for it if I needed it. I also have the shoe design on a plain white chip. Also a Value of f: $8-9.
