I found the tokens in Janice's token list and she lists it as LM as well. However, her translation of mint marks says LM is for Letcher Mint, in Lancaster, CA. It was later purchased and called LM for Lancaster Mint but that was in 1993, long after the Reno Ramada tokens were made. It later moved to Las Vegas but Janice doesn't list what the later name was or the mint mark. I still wonder why they didn't include their mint mark in the design . I think Gaming requires it now on all chips and tokens used in Nevada.
I know where Lancaster is because I rented an apartment there for a few months when I worked at Edwards AFB for General Electric on their Engineering Training Program (1960-61).
