This is a fairly rare chip, likely from the Caribbean or Suriname in South America. The CJ/JK stands for Cliff Jones and Jake Kozloff, two Nevada ex-patriots who were instrumental in opening casinos in the Caribbean. CJ/JK chips are known from Aruba, Curacao and Suriname, although the two were also involved in casinos on several other Caribbean islands. This chip has a RECTL (Rectangles) mold which was not used for any chip from Aruba, Curacao or Suriname. So this is a mystery chip. Does anyone have information about the casino(s) that this chip was used in and what it was used for?

P.S. The only Caribbean islands that have RECTL mold chips are: Bahamas - Bahamian Club, Cuba - Boat Bar, and the Dominican Republic - Chantilly Casino and El Embajador.
