But after my Roulette game experience last night (posted on ChipGuide, Reggie may want it as a true chip harvesting tale) I'm not wholly sure that good intentions will help you guys. I think 20 miles is a safe buffer from tidal surges - we never had flooding problems when I lived in Hollywood about 5 miles from the shoreline - but those winds could be a problem.
