at least where I park. I'll try for the gilded Hooterdome or whatever you are describing, but as long as I don't walk to & from the Convention Center in the dark I should be okay. Safest way is to walk down the middle of the streets, yelling at passersby and pushing a cart loaded high with junk, as everyone else in the area seems to do.
