Your "Club 18" chip is from Cairo, Illinois. It has been found with other Cairo chips (Frog City, F&F Club, Smith & Groves). In the late 1960s it was owned by J.D. Bearden who was a player in the city's vending machine war that left many gangsters dead (Bearden survived a car bombing in 1968).
