I try to clarify, too

I sell coins and state that the photos show both sides - "you are bidding on a single coin." I am protecting myself from stupid buyers, but also from Ebay employees who might review the listing in the future and be similarly uninformed about the practices of a particular hobby.

I am finding with mobile devices that buyers are not reading the full descriptions and are not looking at finely-detailed photos. What else can we do to cater to them??? (especially when the listing title is limited to so few characters)
