It's a Jenning's Triplex circa 1938. Not that rare, I bought mine 20 years ago for $3500. This machine in restored condition, with a side vendor is worth about $4200 to $4800. One sold recently at Morphy Auctions here in Las Vegas for about $4000. Most serious slot machine collectors have this machine.
