Hey, Jerry, since you are now the Resorts Expert - did you find any keychains made of the old $1 chip, ChipGuide 043972? I ask because I happened to find one at my recent Rose Bowl experience. It was offered by a camera dealer who had also acquired bags full of keychains & fobs from some collector of same. He had brought the bags to the swap meet but hadn't really bothered to open them up. One had to dig through all manner of stuff to see if there were any casino-related items. And while I didn't look at every last keychain, I did find the Resorts Internat'l chip in there, but with a drill-hole. Question remains - did the casino do it to cancel its own obsolete chips? Or did the chain-collector take matters into his own hands and drill it for his own reasons? Ooooh, third thought - the collector was a Dentist practicing on chips before teeth!
