My Rose Bowl Parade story. This was in the early to mid 70's. I'd have to find the program to know for sure. We got there early the night before and was going to sleep in the street along with 1000's of others. It was raining all night when we decided this isn't worth it. We went back to the car, but the place where we parked at had it blocked in. We finally got home and the next day we went to the park and saw all the floats.
