Social media buzz ... Man on 1st street bridge. Started just after dawn, a man atop the old bride over the Santa Fe RR. Fairly cool this morning, but as the sun came up it was getting hot quick. I was already standing in the shade at 9AM, arriving a couple hours since the start. Del Taco right behind me was offering drinks for the res-ponders. They had PD, FD, CHP, Ambulance, I'm sure he was hot in the sun, but worse the man was on a black steel bridge. So much for thinking ahead! As he walked by me, the back of his pants were ripped up to his waist, girls got a kick of the butt shot.
