There's also a 5 NCV chip with a dollar sign prefix, just as the other two you show have. Alex shows one on TheChipGuide and I have one in my collection. That version doesn't have the town name on the other side, just No Cash Value.

You have to wonder why they did that; was that version used as a promo chip maybe?
