While not an expert, the general answer is yes!..

As a past dealer at the Convention, and a licensed business in Nevada, having sold at the San Genero Feast (a local "taste of Italy event, that is conducted twice yearly) and sold at multiple art fairs, a State Tax form is mandated against the organizer and I have personally witnessed Nevada State Tax Agents blocking off all vendor exits and personally collecting executed tax filing forms! Just saying that Nevada is serious about getting their share of sales!
