From eastern France, near the border with Switzerland (and Geneva). Appears to be a plaque made by Bourgogne et Grasset of France. Size is about 2 1/4 x 3 1/4 inches. Bright pink with black and gold lettering. Three lunettes in pink, yellow, and grey. Center layer is white. Euro was adopted in France about 15-20 years ago so this plaque is at least that old.
