Preferred to see a letter to the president posted on the club board, it was nice to see some new thoughts and ideas being brought out for discussion.

It's always refreshing when members, especially newer ones make suggestions rather than just complaining about what is wrong.

Now while I don't agree with everything you said and can provide a lot more detail on why some of the items are unworkable, it doesn't take away from the fact that the ideas are good ones.

The most important thing that people should take away from this is that your post is how you perceive things as being. Whether the things you mentioned are real or not, it doesn't matter if there are people who perceive the issues to be real. And that in itself is something that needs to be addressed.

Once again, I appreciate the comments and am positive Jerry will make sure the issues get discussed with the appropriate folks.
