I don't see a problem if someone comes in with

Some chips he or she brought to the Convention and not a dealer that they would like to sell. It would be to restrictive and like a police environment if we can't sell to friends and dealers chips. Even dealers like when someone comes in and offers a trade or sale. Now if someone brings in a whole collection or a large quantity, then it seems he is more like a dealer without paying for a table and such ventures should be done in the privacy of his own hotel room or home. I personally don't see any problem so far and was a dealer this year. Everything is fine so far but if it ever got out of hand then they could just be asked to do it on their own time. Torrey
