Do we try to keep an ever-growing hobby alive and assist it as it has progressed in the past 20 years, or do we devote our efforts and money in trying to build (KEEP) a membership who where more than 50 members have not responded to renewal notices this past month..?

Do we keep the club small as it once was prior to the casinos production of Limited Edition chips or at least try what some have suggested (which works) to help grow the club with perhaps an Executive Director... and, please no discredit meant here by all those who gave it their all through the years... I do not have the answer, but I am more than willing to relisten to those who have made some sound suggestions here over the past few years.
