I found 18 uncancelled 100 NCV chips mixed in with a box of 25 NCV Flamingos. A little less than half the 100 look mint and the others slightly used. All the 25 were used. Seller is not a chip person and besides a mixed box of Flamingo roulettes (large face bird) this was all they had.

Sounds like a good find!
