Need help with Opera House Chips from 1991

Hi, I need some assistance with determining the origin of some chips. According to thechipguide these chips were introduced in 1991:

Who made these and how?

The reason I ask is that in general the Unicorn mold was used widely by various companies to produce injection molded plastic chips for both the home market and casinos alike.

However... These chips do not appear to be injection molded as there is no injection nipple anywhere to be found and the rolling edges appear to be lathed. Also the hotstamp is of much better quality than normally seen on confirmed injection molded chips.

Antiquegamblingchips mentions that it is an open mold used by many companies throughout the years. The chips weigh 7g. Heavier than normal plastic type chips and lighter than normal 'clay' type chips.

Does anyone know about these chips? Has this mold ever been used for compression molded chips? Thanks!

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
