I had two sets, one from the casino and one from a collector (don't remember who). As I recall, there were two types of seals on the tube. The one I'm offering here has the set number inside the cap. As far as I know, the chips are the same. I wasn't aware that there was a reorder with different method of packaging but you're probably right. I see that TCR does show total issue to be 1200 chips.
