The Chip Guide has Empress of the Seas closed as of 2008 and the ship transferred to Pullmantur. This was true back then but, the latest news has Empress of the Seas Brought back into service by RCI and cruising between Miami and Cuba starting April 2017. I have noticed Icon chips surfacing from Empress and now I know how this came about. Any other updates appreciated. Chip Guide Admin please take notice.
