I got a few (yellow, blue and 1or 2 red) from a lady in the San Francisco Bay Area. She told me a story of them being from a bar in either Oakland or San Francisco. She couldn't remember. I spent 2 months looking for names of clubs and owners....anything that could be associated with C & T. Nothing matched.....A few months later I see the lady and she says she got them in Modesto, Ca. (80+miles away). She still has a few ....but the rest are pretty worn.
