I don't think you could do it 100%

Let's assume we won the jackpot all alone. Besides putting the ticket in a safety deposit box, the next thing would be to determine who on the contestant list is eligible for their share. I am sure there are a number of people on the list that are no longer members, so they are out. Once that is established, we would have to go to the lottery commission and figure out how to divide the prize. Everyone would have to pay taxes to their prospective states, and we have some contestants from outside the US that may not have to pay taxes at all.

Just for fun:

If we hit the $282 Mega Millions jackpot by ourselves and assuming all 335 names on my contestant list were legit, it would be about $841,791 each. However, it would get less then that as I would take the immediate payout option instead of the annuity.
