When we stopped at Cripple Creek on our way home from The Convention, I saw a few antique stores selling racks of the $1's, $5's and $25's. If I remember right, they were asking about $60 for a rack of 100 assorted chips.
They were cancelled with a drill hole. Not too sure if this info helps.
