If that's it, they did extensive remodeling -

orginal building was triangular, to fit onto the triangular lot. No windows (well, maybe one or two, painted over). When I saw it, a couple of years ago, the premises were occupied - a man entered and locked the door behind him - kind of spooky place. That triangular shape was the reason it was "Niles Point." Niles Street bumps into the Southern Pacific tracks.
