ever since I moved to Hawthorne, the PO has always said a 000 mailer is a parcel..I have had chips come in with postage due. Earlier this week my mailers were charged parcel fees. I go into the PO on Thur. with a 000 with 2 chips, the clerk says "do you want this to go First Class or Parcel? I was stunned and said "First Class"...94 cents....go back Friday with another 000 with 2 chips and again I'm charged .94.....I'm afraid to ask what changed. Weird
