A ballot for a proposed Constitution Amendment, shown below, was submitted to the CCGTCC membership via the CNN magazine.

Regarding Article 5: Membership, the proposed amendment to Paragraph G is as follows:
Associate Life Members: Family and relatives of a Life Member in good standing shall be eligible to elect Life Membership for a one-time fee of 10 times the standard Associate member dues. This shall not expand entitlements as listed under this Article in section C. Such election shall be directed to the Membership Officer with the appropriate payment.

We received 53 ballots. None were voided. The result was:

Yes: 49 No: 4

Therefore, the proposal received the required 2/3 majority of votes and passed.
