The date code reflects 1984, which was a time period that the Tropicana Las Vegas was a Ramada Resort.

The date code also figures for 2004 and 1964, but I don't think Ramada Resorts was involved then, nor was that logo.

As for value, you can find these decks in antique stores in Vegas for around $5 and in Vegas yard sales for anywhere from 10 cents to a couple of dollars.
