Other information came out later, none of which directly indicated Lederer and Ferguson were personally aware of what was going on. Charges are not proof. I'm not saying they did nothing wrong, but there were indications Bitar may have been responsible and did not inform other owners what he was doing. If you can point to a later article discussing evidence against them, I get it. I am not aware of any.
