NORTH OF SPOKANE, WASHINGTON THERE IS A SMALL CASINO CALLED CHEWELAH. ON MY LAST TRIP TO SPOKANE TWO YEARS AGO, NANCY AND I DECIDED TO TAKE THE VERY SCENIC RIDE UP THERE AND DO SOME HARVESTING.
NANCY WELCOMED THE BREAK WHEN GOT THERE AND WENT STRAIGHT TO HER FAVORITE MACHINE.
TWO THINGS WERE VERY INTERESTING TO ME WHEN WE FINALLY GOT UP THERE. THE FIRST THING WAS ONE OF THE DEALERS HAD BEEN AROUND THE DEALING CIRCUIT OF SPOKANE, SO HE KNEW ABOUT OR HAD DEALED IN MOST EVERY CLUB OVER THE LAST 15-20 YEARS. WE HAD PLENTY TIME TO BEND AN EAR AND LISTEN TO HIM, ALSO HE SEEMED TO HAVE SENIORITY IN THE GROUP OF DEALERS ON DUTY. AFTER EXPLAINING TO HIM WHAT WE NEEDED; IN THIS CASE IT WAS 50c CHIPS AND ONE DOLLAR CHIPS, HE TOTALLY CAUGHT ME OFF GUARD WHEN (2ND THING) HE CALLED OVER THE CASINO MANAGER AND SAID TO HIM, I TOTALLY FORGOT THE NAMES SO WE WILL USE “JOE”, JOE DON’T WE STILL HAVE SOME NEW UNCIRCULATED CHIPS IN THE VAULT? JOE SAID LET ME CHECK, AND PROMPTLY WENT INTO THE CAGE AND OUT OF SIGHT, ABOUT A HALF HOUR LATER, AFTER A PHONE CALL OR TWO AND SOME PAPER WORK HE RE-APPEARD WITH 10 – 50c AND 20 - $1 BRAND SPANKIN’ NEW CHIPS. I TIPPED THE DEALER AND TRIED TO TIP JOE BUT HE WOULD NOT HAVE IT…WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I DID BUY ENOUGH THIS TIME. …REGGIE

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
It has come to my attention over the years, that there are several chip dealers and collector/traders that will not ship overseas. Of course, that is a personal call.
I do not mind shipping overseas-internationally. I do it out of courtesy to our international members and our international chippers, whether they are CC-GTCC members or not.
There are some things in my International shipping policy that you should know, and I will list them below:
• I will only ship to customers with pay pal accounts, or are willing to send cash safely through the mail* (*Please note; chips will not be sent until funds have been received by me.)
• When sending pay pal payment; please only USD (American Funds)
• I will only ship chips, other items such as dice, match books, or anything else that is NOT a chip, I will not ship; please do not even ask.
• You should understand even though I quote postage/handling rates in my order instructions, that international shipping could be a substantial amount more. I will endeavor to get as close to an exact postage quote from the USPS web site prior to mailing. Should I be incorrect on my figures I will issue a credit slip to you on your next order or ask for a balance to be added to my pay pal account.
• The newest information in reference to international mailings recently divulged to me by the USPS is that using bubble mailers will triple your cost; if it is not a uniform thickness and it is not flexible (is rigid and does not bend). Using a #10 envelope and corrugated paper with a maximum thickness of ¼ “, up to 5 chips can be mailed.
• Since, there is a special postal customs form that needs to be filled out, for each package(bubble mailer), you should know it always takes longer to mail a package internationally; (up to an hour) and you are required to go physically to a United States Post Office.
• As you can see it takes more time, and sometimes it requires more expense to do this, please know I do it out of love of our hobby. And I do not charge extra for the handling. Please always, make sure that your name and address is spelled correctly and the spaces between names and address (streets & avenues) are correct.

IT HAS BEEN VERY HARD FOR ME TO KEEP TRACK OF 50 STATES, CANADA, THE CARIBBEAN, WET CHIPS AND MY SPECIAL COLLECTION (CHIPS WITH CARDS ON THEM). I PLAN ON CUTTING THE STATES DOWN TO ABOUT SEVEN + OR -; PLUS, MY SPECIAL COLLECTION (CHIPS WITH CARDS ON THEM) AND CANADA. I HAVE NOT DECIDED WHAT TO DO ABOUT MY WET CHIPS, I LIKE THEM AND ENJOY CRUISING SO, THEY MAY BE A KEEPER.
WHAT YOU SEE BELOW IS WHAT I HAVE SETTLED ON SELLING. ALL OF THE STATES HAVE BEEN PHOTOGRAPHED AND PRICED. I AM NOT HOLDING OUT ANY CHIPS OF THE STATES, EXCEPT A FEW OF THE CHIPS WITH CARDS ON THEM. IF I CAN FIND SOME OF THESE CHIPS IN MY INVENTORY OR PAGES I WILL ADD THEM IN.

ALSO, I HAVE THOUGHT ABOUT MERGING THE SMALLER STATES INTO THE POD PAGES, AFTER TWO YEARS; THAT SEEMS TO BE THE EASIEST.
A WORD ON WHAT APPEARS TO BE DUPLICATES ON THE PAGES. THESE ARE UV OR MOLD VARIATIONS. I AM NOT GOING TO PULL THESE OUT AT THIS TIME. SHOULD THIS BECOME A NEGOTIATING FACTOR AND THE BUYER ONLY WANTS JUST ONE CHIP AND THE UV’S AND MOLDS MATTER NOT, THEN I WILL REMOVE THEM AND ADJUST THE PRICE ACCORDINGLY.
FOLKS, MANY OF THESE CHIPS ARE ALIVE, AND STILL BEING USED ON THE TABLES TODAY. SHOULD YOU BE NEAR BY A CLUSTER OF CASINOS FROM ANY PARTICULAR STATE, YOU PROBABLY CAN COME OUT AHEAD.
