I've been reading the Rexburg Standard Journal this morning since seeing your post. Sounds like they're preparing for a solar apocalypse! Residents being told to stock up on food and gas... I think I'll pack an ice chest with sandwiches enough to last 3 days.

Maybe it won't be too bad, as half the campsites at Rexburg Rapids are not reserved yet.

As much as I'd like to go see Yellowstone, I'm prepared to skip that part of the trip if it appears it's going to be wall to wall people, and if there are going to be gas lines and shortages upon trying to leave Rexburg. All part of the adventure.

I was told by a Idaho native that Craters of the Moon was worth stopping at on my way out of town. Any guidance for me about doing that?
